Do You Believe in Miracles?

Settled on a house this week... and miracle of miracles... came to an agreement with the seller!

All along the way, it's as if God had us in mind with this house. Everything else in our price range (pittance) required major work on our part. But the very last house we saw with the realtor seemed tailor-made with us in mind.

We thought, there's no way we can afford this. It's too good to be real.

Good to be proven wrong, if you know what I mean!

If all goes well with the paper work, we'll be moving in the end of March.
